The Torfs ‘TICDRIM’ approach in internal transportation systems includes seven steps:

Thinking along with the customer starts with listening to his dreams, ideas and wishes.

2. Innovate
Many years of experience are the keyword for innovation! All our experiences help Torfs to find new ideas, methods and skills for internal transportation.
 
3. Create
An image says more than thousand words. During the briefing and brainstorming sessions, accurate sketches of how the solution will look like appear thanks to Jan Torfs. Clear visual creations that prove that Torfs can realise the idea technically.
 
4. Develop
Professional 3-D drawings of our Inventor CAD-package convert the idea to reality. Here it is about physics, electronics, knowledge of the material and the capability to describe precisely what and how you’re realising.
 
5. Realise
Stainless steel, system components of top manufacturers, sophisticated construction procedures, following up very closely on the production standards… Torfs always builds better than necessary to align more easily with the international standards in the food sector when it comes to maximum reliability, continuity, hygiene, safety and ergonomics (HACCP).
 
6. Install
Realise durable solutions is one thing, but fit them into the restrictions of space, environment, safety standards, time and already existing systems is so much more. The way Torfs deals with these restrictions proves his mastership.
 
7. Maintain
When the productivity of your customer depends on a reliable and quick service, this service becomes an indispensable part of the solution itself. Based on the demands of the technical file and to be able to guarantee a continuous ‘up-time’, Torfs negotiate a preventive maintenance plan with the customer. Probably that is exactly the reason why the Torfs customers are so satisfied.
